Dr. Stephen Doucette

Dr. Stephen Doucette was born and raised on the west side of Saint John, New Brunswick. After completing high school, he attended the University of New Brunswick in Saint John and Fredericton, graduating with degrees in Biology and Kinesiology respectively. A long-time rugby player, representing his local club and the province at national competitions, Dr. Stephen was able to help the UNB Ironmen capture a Maritime University Championship in 2011. It was during his time with the Ironmen that he learned about the benefit of chiropractic care for helping to manage acute injuries and support of the demands of being a student-athlete. After an exciting period in Saint John’s hospitality industry, Stephen relocated to Toronto to pursue his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating in June of 2020. While studying, he was able to serve as a sideline trainer with the GTHL’s Toronto Titans AAA Hockey Club as well as volunteering with various recreational sports groups. Dr. Stephen is an evidence-based chiropractor who emphasizes optimizing patient’s ability to perform the activities and experiences that are the most important to them. His practice style includes a combination of chiropractic manipulation, soft tissue therapy and rehabilitative exercises. One of the components of care Dr. Stephen most values is educating patients about their conditions and helping to have a better understanding of how lifestyle and activity work hand in hand with acute and chronic conditions. By focusing on supporting his patients in all aspects of care, Dr. Stephen is ready to work together with you.
